The Raqib Pilot Programme enables selected buildings and communities to experience the platform in a real operational context before committing to full deployment. Designed for facilities management teams, developers, Owners’ Associations, and asset owners, the pilot focuses on demonstrating how Raqib provides sustainability intelligence, operational visibility, and ESG reporting support.
The programme is structured to deliver meaningful insight with minimal onboarding effort, allowing stakeholders to evaluate value, usability, and fit within their existing operations.
The Raqib Pilot Programme is available to a limited number of UAE buildings that meet one or more of the following criteria:
Participating buildings receive guided access to Raqib’s core capabilities, supported directly by the NXLO Tech onboarding team throughout the pilot period.
A clear, evidence-based understanding of how Raqib supports visibility, efficiency, and sustainability oversight — before any long-term commitment.
Each pilot engagement includes a structured onboarding package aligned to the building’s operational model and data maturity.
Guidance on integrating smart meters or IoT data sources (where applicable)
Preparation and validation of CSV data templates
Data quality checks and troubleshooting during onboarding
Note:Note: Community-level (SC2) and city-level (SC3) capabilities are not included within the pilot programme.
The pilot follows a structured four-phase approach designed to minimise operational disruption while maximising insight delivery.
NXLO Tech works with FM teams, developers, or asset owners to understand operational context, data availability, and pilot objectives.
The building is configured within Raqib, data ingestion methods are prepared, and utility data onboarding is initiated.
Dashboards become active using available data sources. Alerts, ESG baseline indicators, and performance insights are generated for review.
A summary of observed performance trends and insights is shared, alongside guidance on potential next steps for wider rollout and long-term sustainability planning.
